Die holder for D10 compact press (Diam 2 to Diam 60)

This system makes it possible to attach BOEHM dies to a press while retaining the pairing system. This part has an M20x1 threaded end to accommodate JLBM50PA (Diam 2 to 50 mm) and JLBM60PA (Diam 2 to 60 mm) chucks. A stud with a flattened surface enables the part to be immobilized by an M6 set screw in a Diam10 bore.

This part is a compact version of part JLBM53SPRESSE, when you have limited space under the press(See part drawing).

Press compatibility

This part is compatible with EMG 2HR rack-and-pinion manual presses as well as 5HR toggle presses, or any other press with a 10 mm diameter bore.

Other information

Die-cutting with a press requires certain precautions. It’s important to ensure that the press used provides the necessary power with a slow movement, and that the cutting support is suitable.
