What safety measures are in place to protect them?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Data access control :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Password-protected customer and administrator accounts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Access to data restricted to staff in charge of processing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>External access to this data is limited to the webmaster of our website and our IT service provider.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The entire website is in https.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Data access control on paper :<\/p>\n\n<p>Paper data only appear on invoices. Data retention period<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Data on paper: 10 years<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Electronic data: indefinitely, except if you ask us to delete them. The bank keeps card payment data for 15 months.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>6. Is this data transferred outside the EU?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>No.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>7.
