We will direct you to our network of resellers abroad. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Delivery costs are calculated directly in your basket according to the weight of your order. Delivery times depends on delivery department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Except in cases of force majeure or carrier failure, delivery times will be 24 hours while stocks last, except for the following departments: 14, 20, 22, 29, 40, 50 and 56, for which the delivery time is 48 hours.<br>Please note: deliveries stop between Christmas and New Year&#8217;s Day and August.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Packages will be delivered by DPD Classic or other carrier if the weight is more than 30 kg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Note that :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For credit card payments :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All orders placed before 11am, Monday to Thursday, excluding public holidays, are prepared and delivered to the carrier the same day.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any order placed and validated after 11 a.m. on a working day will be prepared and delivered to the carrier the following day, excluding public holidays and Fridays.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For payments by bank transfer :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The order will be prepared and delivered to the carrier the same day upon receipt of the bank transfer (excluding public holidays and Fridays).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can track the progress of your parcel at any time using your DPD tracking number and by visiting the website: https: <a href=\"https:\/\/trace.dpd.fr\/trace\">\/\/trace.dpd.fr\/trace<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Payment<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We offer 2 methods of payment for your order:<br>Credit card or bank transfer<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Credit card<\/strong><br>Payment by credit card over the Internet is made using the Cyberplus Paiement system from Banque Populaire Loire Lyonnais. This is achieved by implementing Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, which uses encryption technology to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of data circulating on the Internet.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So when you validate your order, you enter a secure area indicated by a padlock or key at the bottom of the page, from which point all information is encrypted. So you can shop in total security<a>.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Transfer<\/strong><br>Once you have selected the bank transfer payment method, you will be able to download a RIB by clicking on the corresponding link. The transfer to be made must be a French or European transfer in Euro.
